Founder of RPL Entertainment, Rylan Lavery, began working in the production industry as a production assistant for the touring concert WinterJam Spectacular in 2019 until CoVid-19 brought the touring industry to a full stop. This forced Rylan to pursue new opportunities in the production field where he found himself executive producing a syndicated talk radio show. After years of learning production through concert tours and live radio, Rylan used his experience and drive to found RPL Entertainment.
